RICE SALAD - COLD DISH (INSALATA DI RISO - PIATTO FREDDO)

it's hot, you want something cold, or you wanna take it to the beach. tips: put the bowl in the freezer, before you put the rice in it. after you strain the rice, put the strainer under tap water, to cool it. then put it in the bowl that was in the freezer. mix in all the good stuff. when you're done, put it in the fridge.
