The Nick Rekieta situation just got infinitely worse. The Child Protective Order that served as the reason for the Search Warrant that was executed at the end of May was leaked and it makes the misunderstanding defense indefensible.

It's bad, really bad. There is no way he is beating that child endangerment charge, for sure.
