Officers rescue six puppies bound inside a bag to be sold

Police officers rescued six pit bull puppies who were tied inside a bag by a woman attempting to sell them on a street in Queens, New York. The 44-year-old was arrested and charged with six counts of torturing and injuring an animal, among other charges.
