Bruce Fidler was a Spes Ops Medic at 7 Medical Bn Gp when captured in Angola by the enemy in September 1985. He was tortured and executed after refusing to reveal the presence of his nearby unit besides other operational knowledge that he had. As such he was posthumously awarded the Honoris Crux medal for bravery. We speak to his friend, Spes Ops Medic Wayne Hollow, and Bruce's sister, Debbie, about the man, the soldier, and coping with military death. This is the first 7 Med Bn Group video.
