It is very obvious Joe Biden’s mental faculties are deteriorating. His frequent flubs, confusion about locations, dates, and even whether someone is alive or dead, should be cause for and is turning the United States into a global laughing stock. Yet, astonishingly, these issues are being brushed aside as he prepares to run for another four years.
