This unique lime fertiliser for all seasons from Organifer is enriched with magnesium. It’s ideal for protecting your soil from becoming too acidic and also works indirectly against moss. The application of lime is essential to correct the acidity level (pH value) in your lawn or vegetable garden. For each plant, it’s vital that the soil has the correct pH value. Through the absorption of nutrients usually supplied to the garden and lawn, the soil becomes acidic. Except for “acid-loving” plants, this is far from ideal for the healthy growth of crops and grasses. The added magnesium ensures a deep green colour and contributes to optimal photosynthesis and soil fertility.

This unique lime fertiliser from Organifer is, among other things, enriched with magnesium and ensures a rapid correction of the acidity content. It’s ideal for protecting your soil from becoming too acidic and also works indirectly against moss. The application of lime is essential to correct the acidity level (pH value) in your lawn or vegetable garden. For each plant, it’s vital that the soil has the correct pH value. Through the absorption of nutrients typically supplied to the garden and lawn, the soil becomes acidic. Except for “acid-loving” plants, this is far from ideal for the healthy growth of crops and grasses.

This lime fertiliser also has magnesium added. Magnesium ensures that lawns and plants have a beautiful deep green colour and that photosynthesis can proceed optimally. Photosynthesis is a process where (sun)light is converted into energy for the plant. In the absence of magnesium, the chlorophyll in the leaves of the plant can’t absorb energy and produce nutrients for the plant. A plant derives 80% of its energy from light, so it’s important that the plant has sufficient absorbable magnesium available. With magnesium-enriched lime fertiliser, you can be certain that, alongside the correction of acidity, magnesium deficiencies are also balanced. Instructions for Use

Spread the lime fertiliser with magnesium evenly over the root area of the plant or the area to be treated. The quantity and the number of applications per year depend on the soil’s acidity level and the plant’s needs.

Best Application Period: February – April/September – November

Lime fertiliser with magnesium can be applied in all weather conditions and without the risk of burning. This product combines excellently with fertilisers, as the magnesium-enriched lime fertiliser ensures that the nutrients are directly absorbed by the lawn and plants. Therefore, the two products don’t need to be applied separately. In combination with fertilisers, we recommend application before a rain shower and preferably not in bright sunshine.

Dosage

Apply lime 1 to 2 times per year, according to the following dosage*
▶ (pH < 5.5) 1 kg per 10 m² – 2 times per year
▶ (pH 5.5 – 6.5) 1 kg per 10 m² – once per year
▶ (pH > 6.5) 1 kg per 20 m² – once per year

*if no all-in-one lawn fertiliser was used
**Note: Not suitable for acid-loving plants like hydrangeas, azaleas and rhododendrons.

Storage
