This is a hike from the parking lot, past the café to the waterfall viewing area. This path makes you move along the lower path up to the stairs for the lookout. You will then climb the stairs up to the lookout, then return to the parking lot via the upper path.

You can also detour a little at the start of the route to cross over the falls and walk along the far side. Overall, this is a nice local adventure for the whole family.
