Info from Licensor: "My (rescue) pug Lemmy spins when he's excited for his dinner/breakfast/lunch. I started taking videos of it and started an Instagram (the_spinning_pug). The spinning is not trained by anyone, he just does it by himself. He lived in a backyard in a cage for two years and was used for breeding. We rescued him and now he's all excited and spins around."
