Christopher Griffiths, Superior Court Judge Eric M. Davis and Judge Danielle J. Brennan and other Complicit Participants to Joseph B. Elad, an American private individual.

CHARGES:

PLEASE NOTE: THE PETITIONER’S, ANDREW HAMILTON PRITCHARD, HABEAS CORPUS SIGNED NOVEMBER 22, 2023, AND FILED IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT OF DELAWARE ON NOVEMBER 29, 2023, IS WILLFULLY IGNORED AND DISREGARDED WHICH IS A FELONY.
Sui Juris Petitioner, Andrew Hamilton Pritchard, demands this court ASSEMBLE a GRAND JURY to address Charges, and a TRIAL BY JURY of “WE THE PEOPLE”.
Federal Judge and Clerk; Supreme Court Justices; and Superior Court Judges require a Grand Jury due to the obvious conflict of NEMO JUDEX IN CAUSA SUA, "no one is judge in their own case".
