Chunky Bombs:
8 ounces of room-temperature softened cream cheese
One cup softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup sweetener (Swerve was my choice).
Two tsp of cinnamon
One tsp of pure vanilla extract
Frosting: two ounces of room-temperature softened cream cheese
One tablespoon of heavy cream for whipping
One spoonful of sweetener (Swerve, in my case)
1/4 tspn pure vanilla extract
