Sausage, Potatoe, Egg & Cheese Tacos

Ingredients:
Egg
Potato
Sausage
Oil
Butter (optional)
Cheese
Toritlla

Steps:
1. Line frying pan with oil. While oil is getting hot cut up peeled potato. Once cut place potato in hot oil and let cook till golden brown.
2. Strain potatoes from oil and set aside in seperate bowl.
3. Melt butter in pan and cook sausage till fully cooked through.
4. Place potatoes in with sausage. Wisk eggs in a bowl and then pour over sausge and potatoes; scrabbling the eggs till cooked.
5. Heat tortillas, once heated top off with cheese and create your taco.
