3 Ingredients! Delicious, Dairy-Free Honey Chocolate

These melt in your mouth chocolates are absolutely delicious! They only use 3 main ingredients. They are also dairy-free and use healthy coconut oil and nutritious raw honey as a sweetener. Say goodbye to store bought and say hello to these easy to make chocolates that are so good, they'll be gone in a flash. These can be made vegan or raw vegan by substituting the sweetener.

Recipe and instructions:

Ingredients:
• 100g (7 tbsp) extra virgin coconut oil
• 5 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp raw honey or other sweetener of choice
• 2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• 2 tbsp chopped almonds or cashews (optional)

You will need a silicone chocolate mould to make these chocolates.

Instructions:
1. Melt the coconut oil (if in a solid state) on low heat on the stove until melted and clear.
2. Turn off heat and add cocoa powder and honey. Stir with a whisk.
3. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until half frozen. We do this so the honey won’t sink to the bottom if we put the mixture straight into the mold out of the pan. Take out of the freezer and mix again.
4. Add chopped cashews and vanilla extract. Place the mixture straight into your molds and leave in the freezer for 30-40 minutes to set.
