Doctor Who Has WORST Ratings in Series History for FINALE! It is OVER!

Doctor Who breaks another ratings record with The Legend of Ruby Sunday seeing the lowest overnight viewership in series history. It's the second time this season Russell T. Davies and crew managed to scrape the bottom of the barrel and come up empty. It's doubly bad news with it being the first of the two part finale, meaning this is it for the series and it's all over after this.
