In 1949, Paul Bowles wrote these lines in the famous novel "The Sheltering Sky":
"Because we don't know when we will die, we think that life is an inexhaustible source. But everything only comes a couple of times in life. A couple of times, very few times. How many more times will you remember? more, about that special afternoon in his childhood days. An afternoon that will be so deeply ingrained in him that without it he wouldn't even recognize his life anymore Not that many. How many more times will you see the full moon rise?
