How to make your own spring water using tap water, a carbon filter, and distilled or RO (reverse osmosis) water. Avoid drinking untreated RO or distilled water. About the different kinds of water.

You can safely drink RO and distilled water if you are combining it with other ingredients, like using it in cooking, tea, coffee, energy drinks, cool aid.
