⭕️ TRUE CRIME [LIVE]: Nearly a year after Rachel Morin was attacked and killed on a trail in Bel Air, Maryland, authorities said they tracked down the man who committed the crime in Oklahoma. Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, 23, is charged with rape and murder in Morin’s August 2023 death. Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler said DNA cracked the case along with help from the FBI. On November 9th, 2023, an officer responded to a reported domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, they encountered a tense situation and approached cautiously to defuse tensions. The intoxicated woman admitted to throwing a knife during the fight, leading to her detainment. Despite her emotional state, the officer remained empathetic and ensured her well-being while transitioning the investigation to the police station. In court, she accepted a plea deal, facing 3 years in prison and 2 years of probation for attempted first-degree murder.

Sean Herman, 33, is facing felony charges of misconduct for his apparent participation in a staged OnlyFans video. The woman in the video shows Herman her breasts to get out of a ticket. Herman was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and could face jail time if he’s convicted on the misconduct charges.
