Attitude Turns Simple Traffic Stop Into Arrest

The Trooper was patrolling when he noticed a black Dodge Charger with suspected illegally tinted windows. When he turned around to conduct a traffic stop the driver accelerated and pulled into a driveway behind a residence without using a turn signal. As the driver turned into the driveway, the headlights on the car also turned off in an attempt to elude. The driver of the vehicle Tequila Scott was ordered out of the vehicle. As Ms. Scott exited the vehicle, the trooper requested her driver's license to conduct his investigation for his traffic stop. Ms. Scott refused to submit and provide her driver's license after several orders were given.
