Hearty and incredibly tasty - you've never eaten ground beef like this before!

Ingredients:

Dough:
350g flour
150 ml warm water
45 ml olive oil
5 g dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
0.5 teaspoon salt

Tomato salsa:
4 tomatoes
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
pepper to taste
1.5 teaspoons sugar
0.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon each of oregano and basil
0.5 teaspoon thyme

200-250 g minced beef
Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
3-4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
80 g Emmental/Gouda
50 g each of black and green olives

Preparation:
• Mix water, olive oil, yeast, sugar, salt and an egg well, then add flour and knead well until a smooth dough is formed
• Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour
• Roughly chop the tomatoes and onions and throw them into a blender. Add garlic cloves, tomato puree and spices, puree everything and simmer for about 30 minutes
• Add some oil to the pan and fry the ground beef, then add salt, pepper and paprika to taste
• Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with the salsa, then spread the fried ground beef on top and sprinkle 80 g of Gouda or Emmental cheese over it. Last but not least, spread the olives on the cheese
• Roll everything up, close the dough and make 2-3 cuts across the roll of dough, then bake for 25 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven
