"Grind and Hustle" culture is synonymous with entrepreneurship and success in general. It speaks of sacrificing everything in your life until you reach your goal. However, the flip side to this is the countless successful people who now say how they regret sacrificing time with their family and will never get the years back with them.

This problem is rarely focused on due to the glamour of hustle and grind culture, "doing what it takes" to be successful/wealthy etc. But it is a very real problem, and there is a very real solution!

This episode dives into the concept of contentment but without being satisfied; how to manage and apply this in your own life; how to identify the non-negotiable's in your life; and a realistic look at the positives and negatives of this approach for your life.

This podcast focuses on growing and honing your integrity, accountability, ownership, resilience, but also focuses personal growth in you as a person. All of these concepts are at full display in this episode.
I hope you enjoy it and that you get something great out of it.

*NOTE* The weirdness of the hanging sheet in the background is due to us just having moved back home and things were EVERYWHERE. Including sheets hanging from stand alone coat racks. However, I was inspired to make this episode so I filmed anyway. Hope you like it.

"Hi Struggling, I'm Dad!" is a podcast dedicated to helping people be the best parents, partners and people they can possibly be!

I'm Grant Berardi, a father of soon to be 5 kids, a husband of 15 years, a qualified counsellor and coach with over a decade of experience. This podcast was made due to my passion for helping others reach their fullest potential in as many aspects of their life as possible.

This podcast embodies this passion but also sees the funny side even in the difficult moments. Integrity, character, ownership, leadership and relationship are key themes throughout.

I've made these outlets because I've struggled with fear of failure, anxiety and self-doubt, and would have loved to have had help from someone along the way. I want to be that help for others.

All the best,

-Grant Berardi
