QUICK POTATO BEANS FRY | BEANS
ALOO MASALA FRY| POTATO BEANS FRY

AALO(POTATO)

Ingredients for Aloo Beans Fry:
(Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon)
Green Beans, cut into 1 inch pieces - 250 gms(2.5 cups)
Potato, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces--150
gms (1.5 cups)
Tempering:
Kalonji (Nigella seeds )-1 tsp
Green Chillies, cut into 1 inch pieces-4
Spice Powders:
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1.5 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp
Other Ingredients
Oil-1.5 tbsp
Salt-3/4 tsp
Preparation:
Cut the green beans into 1 inch pieces.
Peel and cut the potatoes in similar shape in 1"
pieces. Cut the green chillies too
Process:
Heat oil in a kadhai and then add the kalonji and
then the cut green chillies. Give a stir and then
add the cut beans.
Give a mix and then fry it on medium heat for
around 4 mins.
Now add the potatoes, salt & turmeric powder
and give a mix for 2 mins on medium heat.
Add the coriander powder & garam masala
powder, give a mix and cover & cook on low heat
for 10 mins till the vegetables are cooked and
fried. Remove the lid after 5 mins and give a stir
Serve with roti or rice.
