Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm, starring Shirley Temple, Randolph Scott, and Jack Haley, is a 1938 American musical comedy film directed by Allan Dwan. The movie is based on the 1903 novel of the same name by Kate Douglas Wiggin.

The story follows Rebecca Winstead, a young orphan who is sent to live with her two strict aunts, Miranda and Gwen, on Sunnybrook Farm. Rebecca’s Uncle Harry, who has been taking care of her, leaves her with her aunts, who forbid her from associating with show people. However, neighbor Anthony Kent, a talent scout, secretly sets up an audition for Rebecca to become a radio broadcaster.

Rebecca’s voice is discovered, and she becomes a sensation on the radio. Meanwhile, Tony Kent falls in love with Gwen, Rebecca’s cousin, and tries to buy Rebecca’s contract from her aunts. However, Henry, Rebecca’s stepfather, tries to claim guardianship over Rebecca and sell her contract to a rival company.
