INGREDIENTS >400 gms Chicken boneless 3 tsp oil 2 garlic cloves crushed 2-3 spring onion chopped half small capsicum chopped 1 small carrot chopped 1 tbsp vinegar 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp chilli sauce (or hot sauce) 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder Half tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp italian seasoning 1 tsp black pepper + Half Tsp Chilli Flakes 1 chicken cube 1 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp corn flour in 5 tbsp water 1 egg beaten 7 cups water
Method:
In a wok /pot add oil, chicken and garlic, saute a bit. Add Spring onion, capsicum, carrots, along with the spices. Saute 3-4 mins. Then add vinegar, soy sauce , oyster sauce, hot sauce, add water, chicken cube, sugar, and let it cook 10-15 mins, Then add beaten egg, keep stirring and then add cornflour slurry, keep mixing while you add. Let it cook for 7-8 more minutes until its thick. And its ready. Top it with some more soy sauce, vinegar and chillies and enjoy.
