Meet Juan from Colombia. He was given some plastic jewelry with GPS to wear on his ankle while waiting for court date NOT with a judge BUT an ICE babysitter/uber officer!!
I’ve noticed a lot of single men wearing them in the past 30 days. Therefore my theory is @DHSgov has renewed a contract for these devices that are useless because these illegals cut them off when they don’t want to be located !!!
More waste of taxpayers dollars!!
