"Eid ul-Bakra" is another name for Eid ul-Adha, which I explained in my previous response. The term "Bakra" means "goat" in Urdu and some other South Asian languages, and the festival is called this because of the tradition of sacrificing a goat (or other livestock such as sheep, cows, or camels) as part of the celebration.
