Swiss ‘peace summit’ is waste of time – Cambodian analyst

Cambodia rejected an invitation to attend the so-called Ukrainian 'Peace Summit' in Switzerland, saying peace can only be achieved by bringing both Russia and Ukraine to the negotiating table.

We heard from a Cambodian Royal Academy policy analyst, Doctor Sam Seun. He said his country does not expect a good outcome from the summit and therefore chose to opt out.
