My Comments on RT ISIS prisoners take guards hostage in Rostov-on-don, Russia

Negotiators are on-site attempting to talk down the prisoners in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Rostov, who had earlier confirmed they are members of ISIS, after their capture of two guards.Tamerlan Gireyev from Chechnya, and Shamil Akiev and Azamat Tsitskiev from Ingushetia, were detained on December 19, 2023 after plotting to blow up the Karachay-Cherkessia Supreme Court building; Akiev and Gireyev were sentenced to 18 years in prison, Tsitskiev to 18 and a half years. They were registered 'as persons who study, propagandize, profess or spread extremist ideology and are prone to commit terrorist attacks', while Akiev is also registered as a person prone to committing suicide and self-harm.
