(Joshua McGinnis) Our most insane bust, a 35-year-old man comes to meet a 15-year-old boy

On December 20th, 2023, TPB Community arranged a meet-up with Joshua McGinnis, a 35-year-old male from Mooresboro, North Carolina. TPB Community was first aware of McGinnis’s intentions in October 2023. It took our team three months to bust this predator. He was by far the most mentally ill, insane, and annoying predator we had caught to date. Joshua showed up at the scene where he thought he was meeting a 15-year-old boy in a fast food restaurant bathroom for sexual activities. Our team later caught him again in Spring 2024, but he wasn’t at the scene. McGinnis had harassed several other predator-catching groups around the world before he was later caught on June 1st, 2024, and arrested by the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office. He was later released and sent to a mental facility and not charged, but is under supervision, with no access to the internet or a smartphone.
