Last week I talked about Omega-7 (palmitoleic acid) as found in sea buckthorn berry and some other healthful foods, among them: fish, such as salmon, herring, and mackerel; avocado oil, olive oil, macadamia nuts & oil.

Today, I'll be talking about Omega-5, as found in the powerful pomegranate.

Omega-5s are emerging as being important in many different aspects of health. They’ve been shown to reduce inflammation, protect the brain, maintain the body’s insulin sensitivity, and even have anti-cancer properties.
