Sir Keir Starmer has ruled out raising capital gains taxon the sale of people's main homes. He said he can"absolutely guarantee" it wouldn't happen over the next parliament.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has been in Switzerland fora peace conference on Ukraine, alongside other worldleaders. He said he wants to find "lasting peace onterms that are acceptable to Ukraine".

The SNP's Kate Forbes was in South Lanarkshirefocusing on Brexit and claiming trade barriers havegone up since the UK left the European Union, andhave had a negative effect on the food and drink industry.
