Contemplative Prayer Training
Today we can do a prayer meditation training. This is called contemplative prayer.

"But dear God, we want to stop that cycle right now and we want to come to You. We want to say: Father, fill me up. I empty my cup. I repent of my sins. I accept You as my Father, as my leader, as my true shepherd.

I won't be perfect. I'm going to make mistakes again and do stupid stuff and have stupid emotional content. I apologize in advance for that. I just want to grow. I want to be chastised and disciplined by Your loving heart and hand and Your fatherly strong hand. Guide me! BREAK me before You bless me, Father! Bring me low before you bring me high."
