Storm Shield Forecast morning update 5/10/18

A storm tracking to our north is pushing our dominant ridge of high pressure east into the Four Corners region, bringing a fresh onshore flow of clean ocean air into Kern County today. That means we'll enjoy the upper 80s in the valley today with an improvement in the air quality back to the moderate range.
