Fired NH Librarian Wins Legal Victory Over Her Protected Speech as a State Representative

An assistant librarian for the town of Raymond New Hampshire that resides in Atkinson and is a member of the state’s House of Representatives, in the capacity as a member of the House, endorsed two trustee candidates for her town’s library. Both of whom are against LGBTQ and other child grooming materials being easily accessible to young children at it. This did not go over well with her boss at the Raymond library along with the town’s manager and they proceeded to fire her.
