The Clark Method uses phone or cell charging pads first on the lower back and forearms, followed by the calves of the legs.

The results have been outstanding giving much relief from pain and suffering on all chronic, long term conditions.

Electrical energy is drawn into and regulated by the human body switching off when enough has been drawn until the next session.

Plug in and switch on the charger and position the pad on the lower back doing this for 1 session a day over 5 days lasting for about 1 hour.

Only one phone/cell charger was used on the lower back, but for the forearms and calves of the legs two phone chargers were used.

After the first 4 or 5 lower back sessions all pain should have left the body.
Then use 2 phone/cell chargers, plugged in and switched on, 1 on the inside of each forearm, for about 1 hour a day over 5 days once a day if possible.

Then do the same on the calves of the legs: one phone charger on the back of each of the calf muscles for up to 1 hour once a day and please plug them in and switch on.

This should give the body full coverage, charging it up.

Nothing or very little will be felt during the sessions and you will feel nothing afterwards, but please keep going and do all 15 sessions.

Top ups will be needed ongoing for maintenance, but that will probably be a few sessions every 2 to 3 years or il you get ill, catch infections ect.

It’s worth giving it a try, the cost will be very low and I’m sure you’ll receive a lot of benefit.
