Putin meets ‘Time of Heroes’ participants [TAPE]

Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding a meeting with participants of the ‘Time of Heroes’ national project, set up for veterans and military staff involved in the Ukraine conflict. The program is aimed at educating servicemen for further state service.
