Easy chicken breast rice recipe | Healthy dinner ideas

Ingredients:
1/2 chicken breast
400 g rice
1 big onion
1 big carrot
vegetable oil
salt
black pepper
chicken seasoning

📝Instructions:
1. Soak the rice before cooking for 30 minutes
2. Fry chicken pieces in a pot for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
3. Add chopped onions and carrots
4. Add salt and the spices. Stir
5. In a few minutes add the rice
6. Pour hot water so that it is 1 cm above the rice
7. As soon as water is absorbed, reduce heat to minimum, cover the pot with a lid and cook for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
