Creamy garlic chicken breast recipe | This chicken breast just melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
sour cream - 150 g
1 onion
3-4 garlic cloves
herbs - parsley and dill
salt, pepper, chili pepper, chicken seasoning, paprika - to taste
butter - 40 g
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
vegetable oil
📝Instructions:
- Cut chicken breast into pieces
- Add salt, pepper and chicken seasoning. Mix well and set aside for 15 min
- Meanwhile prepare other ingredients:
chop an onion, chili pepper and herbs, mince garlic and squeeze juice from a lemon
- Fry the chicken pieces in preheated oil just for a few minutes until half-cooked
- Add butter
- When the butter is melted add onions
- When the onions are softened add sour cream, water (or stock), salt, spices (pepper, paprika), chopped chili pepper and lemon juice
- Stir well and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes
- Add herbs and simmer for another 1 minute
- Spread herbs before serving
