4th Time's the Charm

This peach tree is in its 4th year of production. Each and every year, I have peaches that start out nicely but succumb to brown rust. I have tried pesticides, herbicides, organic this and that, and none of it has stopped it. I even went so far as to dig up evergreen trees nearby since that can have an effect on peaches. This year, I'm doing a neem oil/unscented soap concoction every 2 weeks in hopes that it will work. If it does, then this will be my regimen each and every year. If it doesn't, then it's back to the drawing board for me.
