Cocktails with syco316: Long Island Iced Tea (and AMF variant)

To celebrate my birthday I decide to make two cocktails, the Long Island Iced Tea and a variant known as the Adios Mother F****er.

Long Island Iced Tea
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Just over 1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
ice for shaking
Cola
lemon slice garnish

Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, white rum, gin, triple sec, vodka, tequila blanco into shaker with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into highball glass with ice. Top with cola and add lemon slice garnish.

Adios Mother F***er
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Just over 1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
ice for shaking
Lemon-Lime Soda
lemon slice garnish

Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, white rum, gin, blue curaçao, vodka, tequila blanco into shaker with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into highball glass with ice. Top with lemon-lime soda and add lemon slice garnish.
