Fl Vacation May thru June 2024

Before I even go any further, thank you to my most wonderful husband D 🤗♥️😘

During the 80's, I always spent my birthday weekend in The Florida Keys at the seaside beach house...

After a bit of travel, becoming an adult, moving away from the hustle & bustle of SoFlo, I took off to The MidWest. After many yrs of being single due to "never finding the right person", we bumped into one another, at the most unsuspecting of places (long story) ha ha ha

Years later after, after marriage, living on more than one farm, raising livestock for natural fiber, food = 🥩, 🥛diy dairy products 🍦🧈🧀, growing a huge 2 acre plus garden, cutting our own hay / training two ox teams to do it... our kiddo "growing up / leaving the nest"...

We've been re-evaluating life 🤔
Never finding the time to do certain things due to feeling overwhelmed with "too much" for over 25+ years... considering the options.

Which brings us back to , "my birthday". Husband had promised that he'd get us there 🌊🐬🏖️🌊, on my bday, before dark... After waking up well before sunrise, driving most of the day...we FINALLY arrived!!!!!

WE MADE IT IT!!!! 🥰

The ocean gets me emotional for a few different reasons.... it was so good to see it/celebrate my special day in a simpleton way (as per usual), enjoying the "simple things" in life, with my luvie ... ❤️❤️

Life is a journey...so enjoy every minute, as if it were your last.
In between it all, is some nice "beach / oceanic therapy via the waves crashing on the shore"... 🌊🌊🌊
