Congress Needs To Stop Transferring Cluster Munitions To Ukraine!

We need to stop the transfer of cluster munitions to any country. In Ukraine, 95% of the victims are civilians, including children.

If Congress continues to flood the battlefield in Ukraine with indiscriminate killing instruments like cluster munitions, the blood of everyone impacted, including harmed children, will indeed be on our hands.
