As much as I dig her arc and character, the leader Vivi from op04 has significant drawbacks holding her back. Namely being unable to attack the whole game. This isn't even balanced out by having 6 life or a mega strong leader effect. Her effect is good but as proven by high tier play, not good enough to make up for not attacking the whole game.
