DEREK DISRESPECTS NICK AND SAMSON

Hello everyone and welcome back to Muscle Central on YouTube. Today we'll take a look at Derek Lunsford and his training session with Nick Walker and Samson Dauda.

On a recent Olympia podcast we saw a training session with Derek Lunsford, Nick Walker and Samson Dauda. We saw Chris Cormier put them through a chest workout.

During the workout they were asked to remove their shirts. Derek, probably unaware the mic was picking up what he said. His words were somewhat disrespectful to Nick and Samson.

Derek basically dismissed both Nick and Samson as a threat to beat him. Derek also showed a little insecurity, he wanted to make sure when he took his shirt off it was under optimal lighting. While Nick and Samson kept their shirts off for the duration of the workout, Derek put his back on.

At the end of the day, Derek shouldn't underestimate anyone. We've seen in the past, someone come out of the woodwork and catch everyone off guard.
