FSB detains Basayev and Khattab gang members

Russia's FSB has arrested two members of the Shamil Basayev and Khattab gangs. These individuals were involved in an armed attack on Russian military personnel in October 1999, which resulted in the deaths of 15 soldiers and injuries to 28 others.
