Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Chicken 1kilo
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Shan Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
-Marinate the chicken with these ingredients for at least 1 hour.
-In a non stick wok, add 2 Tbsp oil & marinated Chicken.
-Cover & cook for 20 mins(low to medium flame).
-Stirring 2 to 3 times in between.
-After 20 mins, Stir it until its water dries out & put it aside.
Remaining Ingredients :
Rice 700g (Soak 30 mins)
Oil 1/3 cup
Onion 1 large
Green chilli paste 1 tsp
Tomato 400g (5-6)
Shan Briyani masala 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tamarind (imli) 2 tbsp
Dried plum 6-7
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Green Coriander 2tbsp
Green chilli 2-3
Lemon slices
-In a pan add oil & onion and cook until onions translucent.
-Add green chilli & tomatoes.
-Cover & cook until tomatoes are tender.
-Add briyani masala, salt, tamarind, plum & yogurt.
-Stir it until the oil separates.
-Add cooked chicken, green coriander, green chilli & smoke with coal.
-Boil rice with salt & whole spices.
Layering:
-Oil 1 tbsp
-Rice
-Yellow color
-Chicken
-Rice
-Yellow color
-Chicken
-Garnishing
*Give it dum for 15 mins (very low flame).
