Delicious Shahi Tukray Recipe l Simple Royal Dessert

Ingredients:
Milk: 750 ml
Cardamom powder: 1 tsp
Sweetened condensed milk: 4-5 tbsp
Cooking cream: 150 ml
Yellow color: 1 pinch
Corn flour: 2-3 tsp
Rooh Kewra 1tbsp
Water: 1 cup
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Bread slices: 6 (remove edges & cut into triangles)
Nuts: any variety you like

Process:
Prepare the Rabri Milk:
-Boil the milk, then add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and sweetened condensed milk.
-Mix well and bring to a boil.
-Add the cooking cream and mix it in.
-Dissolve the yellow color and corn flour in some milk, then gradually pour this mixture into the boiling milk.
-Stir continuously until the mixture thickens to the desired consistency.
-Add rooh kewra & mix it (Rabri milk is ready).

Prepare the Sugar Syrup:
-In another pan, add water, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and sugar.
-Bring to a boil (sugar syrup is ready).

Fry and Assemble:
-Fry the bread slices for a few seconds until golden.
-Dip the fried bread slices into the sugar syrup, then place them in a dish.
-Pour the prepared Rabri milk over the soaked bread slices.
-Sprinkle with nuts of your choice.
-Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
-Enjoy this rich and delicious Shahi Tukray, a perfect royal dessert for any occasion!
