Savory & Soft Beef Mince Bread Recipe

(Ingredients)
All purpose flour (maida) 4 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Instant yeast 1 & 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Milk(lukewarm) 1 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Mix all these and knead it well. Cover the dough and keet it for at least 3 to 4 hours to rise(in summer season 2 hours will be enough).

For Mince stuffing: (Ingredients)
Mince 600 grams
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1tsp or to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Green chilli (chopped) 2-3
Capsicum (chopped) 1-2
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1tbsp
Flour (maida) 2 tbsp
Milk 1/2 glass
Chadder cheese 1 cup (optional)
Egg 1
White sesame seeds and Kalvanji (nigella) to sprinkle.

Process:
-In a wok , add oil & onion. Stir it until onions changes the color.
-Add ginger garlic paste & stir it.
-Add mince & stir it.
-Add salt, red chilli, chilli flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir it.
-Add half glass of water , cover the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
-Add green chilli, Capsicum, lemon juice, soya sauce, chilli sauce, mix it well, cover the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
-Add coriander.
-Add flour, stir for 1 minute.
-Add milk and cook for 2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame, add cheese and mix it well.
