Chicken Steak Recipe!

Step 1: Chicken Steak
Chicken fillet: 700g
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Oregano: 1/2 tsp
Salt: to taste
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Mustard sauce: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
-Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 30 minutes.
-Cook in a grill pan (or a regular fry pan) until the chicken is cooked through on both sides.

Step 2: Sautéed Vegetables
Vegetables of your choice
Salt: to taste
Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
-Sauté the vegetables with the listed ingredients until tender.

Step 3: White Sauce
Butter: 2 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped): 1
Garlic (crushed): 1 tsp
Flour: 1 tbsp
Chicken stock: 1/2 cup
Milk: 1 cup
Cream: 1/2 cup
Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes: 1/2 tsp
Dried parsley: 1 tsp
Instructions:
-Heat butter, add onions, and fry until translucent.
-Add garlic and fry until aromatic.
-Add flour and cook for a minute while stirring.
-Add chicken stock and whisk to avoid lumps.
-Add milk, cream, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes, black pepper, and dried parsley.
-Cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Step 4: Garlic Rice
Oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic (crushed): 1 tbsp
Rice (boiled): 2 cups
Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
Parsley: 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
-Heat oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
-Add boiled rice, black pepper, and parsley.
-Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
-Serve all these together and enjoy your meal!
