GTFO Cali: 77-Year-Old Man Is Arrested For Murder After Killing A Robber Breaking Into His Home

A 77-year-old California homeowner was arrested on suspicion of murder after fatally shooting a suspected robber attempting to break into his home with two others. Two men and a woman arrived at the homeowner's East Oakland residence in a stolen Infiniti Q40. A witness reported that one of the men was carrying a crowbar before a gunshot was heard. Police arrived to find the homeowner pointing a stolen Colt Python revolver at the female suspect, who said he had shot her male friend. The third suspect, found with a replica gun, was arrested on suspicion of burglary. Prosecutors have until Thursday to decide whether to bring charges against the homeowner.
