Deputy, bystander injured following crash during suspect pursuit

Jackson County deputies were involved in an early morning pursuit that resulted in a deputy crashing into an innocent bystander's car. A deputy was pursuing a suspect without lights or sirens on when he crashed into a bystander's car. That driver has serious injuries including a broken spine and injuries to his head.
