Mastering the Art of Raising Grass - Finished Beef

Tony Prendergast from Sunshine beef gives us a tour of his farm and grass fed beef operation. Tonys farm is located at 6500' ft elevation in Crawford Colorado. Tonys brand, Sunshine beef is a local staple in western Colorado. Tony is improving the land he manages with rotational timed grazing that improves the grassland, sequesters carbon, and improves the cows health. With the limited rainfall, short growing season, the farm would not be suitable for crop production.
